Administration for Children and Families (ACF) | Division of the US Department of Health and Human Services promoting the well-being of families, children, individuals, and communities |
American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) | An organization of pediatricians committed to the physical, mental, and social health and well-being of infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. |
Child Development Watch | Statewide early intervention program for children ages birth to 3 with a mission to enhance the development of infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays |
Child Find | Each school district provides services to identify and provide services for children who are 3 and older with developmental delays and special needs. |
The Delaware Institute for Excellence in Early Childhood (DIECC) | Located within UD’s College of Education & Human Development and the Department of Human Development & Family Studies with a goal to improve the quality of early care and education experiences for young children, especially those who are high-risk. |
